Photo/Video: Woman allegedly scalds her neighbour with hot water after a dispute

A bowl of hot water was allegedly poured on a woman by her neighbour, after they had a fight. The victim claims the attack happened when she was minding her business and rinsing clothes. The eyewitness, ugojesse, who shared this video wrote:

"So i got up this morning to pick up left over cigeratte stick for my art...in the process i got into one uncompleted building some streets away...behold i met this old lady in pain who was poured hot water by her neighbour....i no be blogger ...this was what i could scoop....#fight no good
